Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days upon received payments. If any ordered items are not in stock, we offer alternative brands and sizes within the similar range without any extra cost. If alternate option is not accepted, we will cancel the order and provide full refund. All REFUND amount will be paid by either Direct Deposit or Paypal (If the order is paid by Paypal).

We ship to most areas in Austrailia (close to 95% coverage), Parcel Lockers and PO Box are not preferred. In the event that no postage service is available in your area, we will notify you immediately prior to finalising the order.

Shipping charge varies depending on number of brands you choose i.e. the freight charge is higher if you choose same quantity of products from DIFFERENT BRANDS compared to product from one brand only. You can get your exact shipping cost by providing your postcode during the checkout process. Please see chart below for an approximate delivery time for each state. We cannot guarantee a delivery time or date (even for express or next day orders) as once the garments leave the warehouse, the delivery schedule is determined by the courier and are influenced by factors beyond our control.

We use most economical and efficient carriers to deliver orders. All deliveries will require a signature to accept receipt of goods, and if you're not home when it arrives, a notice will be left at your address notifying you of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements. Alternatively, you may nominate to have the parcel left at your premise without a signature (e.g. at your front door). In that case, please advise of your preference during the checkout process by leaving us an email.

We reserve the right to nominate the courier/service for delivery and also reserve the right to change the shipping charges anytime without prior notice.
